[vc_row css=”.vc_custom_1475804591500{margin-top: 25px !important;}”][vc_column top_margin=”page-margin-top”][vc_toggle title=”Are you licensed investigators?” css=”” el_id=”1436777048111-0bc4e8a6-5e90″]Yes, Rod Moratti holds a Private Investigator’s licence, number 21 082495, issued under the Private Security Personnel Licensing Authority.

This is important because the licensing system regulates who can operate within the private investigation industry and helps ensure that licensed investigators are suitable, trustworthy and professional.

Rod is also a member, and past committee member, of the NZIPI, the New Zealand Institute of Professional Investigators Inc.[/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”How much will it cost and how do I pay?” css=””]Depending on the type of task, I operate on an hourly rate or come to a set fee arrangement.

I can find anyone in New Zealand and other investigators use me when they can’t find someone. And while other agencies can take up to 6 weeks or more to find someone, I work your case personally and report within 24 hours. Don’t get dragged into lengthy, costly trace enquiries.

For surveillance I will normally require two agents so we can swap around and maintain covert surveillance, even following targets into a café/bar or hotel etc. and blend in to maintain contact.

Management and reporting is additional and ensures a smoothly run, evidential operation.

I will assess your enquiry and discuss the number of cars/agents we require to obtain the evidence you seek.

The expenses depend on the task and may include, flights, accommodation, rental cars, parking, meals or more usually, a coffee or meal if the person we are following enters a café or restaurant and we need to blend in to maintain visual connection.

For surveillance jobs you need to allow us additional travel time each way to and from the job.

Payment is easiest by Internet banking, if you need the payment to be discreet at your end you are best to withdraw the cash and pay it into our account using the invoice number as reference. You can also make payment via PayPal.

Every task is different so it is not possible to list all costs and fees here. Simply contact me and begin the process. You will deal with Rod personally and your information is held with utmost confidentiality.

In most cases, due to the immediate nature of my operation, planning and costs, retainers are non-refundable.

Remember, you will be talking directly with me and everything is confidential.

Telecommunication companies will not release that information to private investigators, and the Privacy Act prevents us from accessing private phone or text records.

However, we are experienced at obtaining information through lawful investigative methods. Please feel free to contact us with the background to your enquiry and Rod will personally assess your case and advise the best course of action.

In most cases, due to the immediate nature of our work, planning and operational costs, retainers are non refundable.

You will be dealing directly with Rod, and everything you provide will be treated in strict confidence.

In New Zealand, criminal records can only be requested by the individual concerned.

Our expertise lies in locating individuals, confirming identity and gathering reliable evidence to establish a person’s true circumstances.[/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”Where in New Zealand do you operate?” css=”” el_id=”1436777271293-813e80d7-49f0″]For trace enquiries and background work, I usually conduct this from my Auckland office, without the need for travel.

My most experienced surveillance agents are based in Auckland and Wellington, and I will often deploy them to assignments around the country where the result is what matters most.

For surveillance and field visits, we operate throughout New Zealand, including Kaitaia, the Bay of Islands, Whangarei, Auckland, Hamilton, Tauranga, New Plymouth, Rotorua, Taupo, Gisborne, Palmerston North, Wellington, Blenheim, Nelson, Christchurch, Dunedin, Queenstown, Invercargill and the West Coast.

For work in the Pacific Islands, we can either engage suitable local agencies or travel to the location ourselves, depending on the nature of the task.

Every enquiry is assessed individually so we can determine the most effective and practical approach.[/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”Is everything confidential?” css=”” el_id=”1436777315387-eddb17f4-4448″]We guarantee discretion and confidentiality.

We undertake a wide range of surveillance operations, from domestic matters through to complex, multi agent assignments over extended periods. No task is too large or too small, and every operation is approached with careful planning, professionalism and discretion.

Vehicular surveillance will often require two vehicles, with agents working together and regularly changing position to reduce the risk of detection and maintain continuity. This approach helps ensure the best possible chance of obtaining clear, reliable evidence.

On foot, or in public places such as streets, cafés, bars and restaurants, experienced agents are able to blend naturally into the environment while maintaining observation of the subject and their activities.

Our aim is always to obtain the evidence you require promptly, discreetly and professionally.
